Valley Church of Christ has always stood as a beacon of faith in the City of Swan. It has been a place of prayer, peace and joy to all who joined with us. Our community has been richly diverse, with people of different ages and backgrounds coming together to worship and serve together. All individuals seeking God’s love were welcomed and our doors open to every soul seeking to welcome Jesus into their heart.

Valley Management Board Chairperson and Pastoral Leader
Following the resignation from ministry of Rev. Kendrick Duffy, in June 2024, due to health concerns and his subsequent death on 29 Sept. 2024, Michael, as Valley Management Board Chairperson, committed to manage Valley Church of Christ Inc. in the area of Administration and Leadership until its final Worship & Communion Service was held on 19 January, 2025.
Rev. Kendrick Duffy served Valley Church of Christ as Senior Pastor, for over 42 years, along with his involvement in the Midland serving for decades as Chairperson in a number of Community Organisations, a valued member and Past President of the Rotary Club of Swan Districts and President of the Swan Ministers' Association. He was awarded Citizen of the Year in 1997 and was honoured in 2019 by the City of Swan as a Local Legend with his name set in the Local Legends Walk in Cale Street, Midland.
Local people who have made a difference in the City of Swan.
He left a legacy of faithful service to God, to Valley Church and the wider community.
